At High Level Wellness, we offer a six-month holistic health program that will radically change your view on food and nutrition. Implementation is across six months, because true change doesn’t happen quickly and involves a gradual transition from old eating habits to newer, healthier modes of nourishment. The HLW program will help balance all aspects of your life: career, relationships, exercise, spirituality, and food.

What Happens During an Initial Consultation at High Level Wellness?

At High Level Wellness, our mission is to support you in reaching your health goals.  In our free Initial Consultation, you’ll meet with one of our Certified Holistic Health Counselors for an hour.  During this time, you’ll be able to learn more specifically what our program is all about and ask any questions, to make sure that this is the right program for you! We’ll go over your health history in depth as well as your Primary Food sources and how our program can specifically help you with your concerns.  We know you’ll love your experience at High Level Wellness. You’ll feel relaxed and cared for, invigorated and inspired.

What Happens During an Initial Consultation Via Telephone?

You’ll feel the connection with our knowledgeable, caring counselors in your phone consultation. We’ll send you a Health History form via email and go over your health history in detail from a holistic perspective.  This comprehensive session will include the details of our program and how we can help you with your specific health goals.
